Welcome to RB SHIPPING

RB SHIPPING is a new company formed by Reidar Berge from Bergsøy outside Kristiansund, on the west coast of Norway. Berge has previously been employed by Redningsselskapet, Fjord1, J.P. Strøm Shipping, Geoshipping and Havforskningsinstituttet.

The main vessel is the former rescue vessel G. Unger Vetlesen. Berge was actually onboard the vessel for several years in the 70s. The vessel is still, as late as spring 2007, recently classified in Det Norske Veritas, and are now ready for new assigments from the harbour of Kristiansund and Bergen. The vessel can be used for many different assigments, both private charters and offshore, and are well equipped.
